About Top Gun Charters

Since 1989, Top Gun Charters has been providing live-aboard fishing charters along the northern coastline of Western Australia, and day charters of out Perth. Not only have we chalked up an immeasurable amount of experience during this time, but we’ve also worked out how to deliver the most unforgettable fishing getaway, or day charter, WA has to offer.

Top Gun Charters is proudly West Australian and we have built our reputation as the masters of fishing boat charters in WA. The majority of our clients are return customers – a testament to how dedicated we are at what we do.

More than fishing charters

Whether you love fishing, snorkelling, or are just keen for a drink on the water, Top Gun Charters truly offers something for everyone.

Based in Fremantle during the summer months, we offer day charters on the stunning Swan River and waters around Rottnest Island and Carnac Island. From birthdays, to corporate functions, engagement parties, hen’s and buck’s parties, a venue like Top Gun II will make your event unforgettable.

The rest of the year we are fishing in some of the best spot available in Australia, including the Abrolhos Islands, Cape Cuvier and Carnarvon Islands, the Montebello Islands, and the Mackerel Islands.

Giving back to the community

Top Gun Charters is a proud sponsor of Fishability – a non-for-profit organisation that assists children and adults requiring support to experience the joy of fishing. Twice every summer we donate a full day fishing charter, including food, drinks, rods, and bait, for people with disability and their carers and volunteers.

We’ve also invested in making Top Gun II wheelchair accessible all year round, including a ramp for embarking and disembarking, and an accessible bathroom. If you use a wheelchair, or require accessible facilities, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to book an event or charter.
